NEW TRACK TO GET ITS LICENSE. Toronto. Out., Sept. 11. At the request of lion. T. W. McCnrry, provincial treasurer, .1. T. White, solicitor to the treasurer, has inspected the work so far done at the newest Windsor track. Devonshire Park. The track. Mr. White states, is practically completed, and stabling for 500 horses Iris been provided. The grand stand and some of tin? buildings are yet only partially erected. Mr. White will return to Windsor in a few days as soon as the track is finished and present a final report to the minister. It is now expected that a license will be granted for the meeting.
