Slit WELLONS, away forwardly and showing the most speed, held on well in the stretch drive, but scored a lucky victory. SEMINOLE KING, much the best, was forced back soon after the start, but closed a big gap and finished fastest of all. HEMLOCK ran well from the start and finished gamely. BIRKA tired after showing the most speed to the last eighth. CASIELLIA was eased up after going three-quarters, but came again in the stretch. ANTHONYS LASS was speedy, but raced wide all the way and lost much ground on the turns. SCHOOL FOR SCANDAL tired. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
