NEW ORLEANS MUDDLE CLEARED UP. New Orleans, La., October 13. The Business Mens Racing Association, according to an announcement by Dr; George A. MacDiarmid, the president, today decided to buy the City Park race track from H. D. "Curley" Brown for 90,000. This settles the controversy that has been going on over conflicting interests here and clarifies the racing situation. It is intimated that the price is satisfactory to Brown and that no further, obstacles will le interposed in the way of the regular winter meeting of tlie Business Mens Racing Association.
