CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF. Clarance II. Mackay has transferred his three-year-olds colts, Esprit Gaulois, Trouble Fete and Baffouleur to trainer W. II. Karricks stable. Mah-Avah, the big bay colt by Uncle, is now in the hands of William Garth, Avho will undertake to make a jumper of him. Several Cubans have purchased horses during the past few months to race at Oriental Park. Last week, W. A. Carter disposed of Early Sight, J. IS. Harrell and Molly O. to Senor M. II. Cespedes, and they will be among the horses that will bo shipped from Windsor next Aveck. David Leary lias sold the good plater, Roly. to S. C. Hildreth. His new owner weighed him Monday and found that the scales balanced at the 1,030-pound notch. Hourless Avas Aveighed at the same time and his weight was exactly 1,000 pounds, Avhioh shoAved that he had gained eight pounds in three days. Stromboli Aveighed 1,038 pounds, and this represented a gain of thirty-eight pounds in ten days.
