TRAINER PIERCE HUNTING FOR A FARM. Lexington, Ky., December 17. T. L. Pierce, trainer for Frank J. Kelley, the Chicago wallpaper merchant, is in the market for a small farm near Lexington with a view to establishing a home for himself. He says he wants between sixty and one hundred acres, and a good house and bam. It is his expectation that lie will be able to raise what he needs for his table and have grass for about a dozen horses. "I am finding it quite difficult," said he, "to even find small places that are pur-chaseable, and thus far I have located none that entirely suit my fancy. I could go out of Fayette County and locate easily, but I want to be as near as possible to Lexington."
