MAGNETINA was saved until straightened away in the homestretch, then responded gamely to urging and got up to win in the closing strides. SAPLE showed the most early speed, but tired badly in the last eighth. TWINKLE TOES ran well, but just lasted long enough to outstay MAPTOPR for third place. The latter finished fast.
