KING GEORGE LOSES A FINE COLT. Llewelyn, a chestnut two-year-old colt by Sunstar — Princesse de Gnlles. the property of his majesty. the king, died on Tuesday night. December 19. at Newmarket. Llewelyn was a colt of which much was expected, and he was considered the best two-year-old his majesty possessed. He had only run twice, but showed promise of improvement. His first appearance was in the Maiden Two-Year-Old Plate at the Newmarket First Extra meeting, where he finished fourth to Sunset Glow. Golden Grass and Stop Watch, while at his second effort he was third to Diadem and Golden Maid, with such as Margarethal and North Star behind him.
