ORDINARY RACING AT TIJUANA. Track Conditions Improving — Dedication of New Club House Sunday — Celesta to be Ssnt to England Tijuana. Mex.. The track is drying out wonderfully well and indications point to a good track for the running of the m t stake race to be run on Sunday.
