Daly, v. ho acted for his employer. A. Lezama. in the dianriag. Boetaoa won and got the horse. Daly immediately lodged a protest against Snelsons claim on the ground that it was not made for himself. The parties at interest were summoned and Snelson admitted he did not fin ha the horse for his own account, but for I. M. Hcdrick. The stewards then promptly ordered that the horse 1m- turned over to A. I *zama and a fine of 80 was lainjosed on 1. M. Hcdrick. while his trainer, f.
