LUCIEN LYNE RIDES FOR SPAINS KING. Lexington. Ky.. Feb. 15. — The King of Spain is going to have a first-class American rider for 191". By cabb gram today he instructed Lucien Lyne to consider himself engaged. Lyne wired Senator Ollie M. James a request for passports and will sail for Spain on the- first boat out after he gets his papers.
