MOST SENSATIONAL FINISH SEEN AT HAVANA. M. J. Dalys 30 to 1 Shot Divan Runs a Remarkable Race at Oriental Park. Havana. Cuba. March 13.— The third race was a liv- eighths dash for three-year olds and over and the longest priced horse in the race was M. .1. Dalys four-year-old filly Divan, ridden by the apprentice Wakoff. Opening at 30 to 1 she received little support and remained at that figure until the race was on. In the first half of the race Divan was absolutely last of the field of eight, and turned into the final drive through the stretch the trailer of the entire bunch. However. she was next to the rail and Wakoff was fortunate enough to find an opening. Down toward the line the daughter of Solitaire II. dashed, like a stake horse among selling platers and one by one she passed every one of her company, nailing the last one. Bunice. in almost the last stride, to win by a head. It was the most sensational finish seen here this year. All of the six winners today were under hard drives to score. Madtour. at 15 to 1, won the opening race. The second went to Felina. while Klizabeth Lee gamely held the lead all the way to v. in the fourth. Sun-get won his sixth victory of the meeting when he came home winner in the fifth. Jockeys Mink and Watson each rode two winners during the afternoon. J. B. Coodinan left for Kentucky yesterday with his stable.
