CHARGED WITH VIOLATING LOCKE LAW. New Orleans. La.. March 13. — Dr. George A. Mac-Ilaiimid. I. B. Rennyson. Philip Foto. Victor Lebau. Archibald Marx. Auturo Del] Orto and John Dillon. Officer! and directors of the Business Mens Racing Asso datum, were arraigned before Judge ODonnell in the Second City Criminal Court yesterday on Uncharge of violating the Locke law. filed against them last week by William M. Railey, president of the Citizens League of Louisiana. They pleaded not guilty and were released on Uuids. John P. Sullivan, attorney for the racing association, represented the defendants. Other directors of the association and layers of bets in the Fair Oraaada Palm Gaidca, against whom Mr. Railey filed affidavits, did not appear for arraignment. They wen- said to be out of the city.
