APPOINT COMMITTEE TO REVISE RULES. The stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association have anpoipted a committee to revise the rules, and a thorough effort will lie made to bring the edicts to a point which will provide for the constant improvement in this class of sport. A number of radical changes ire being considered, all of which have been proposed with the idea of correcting what some may class as shortcomings or I gaps that need closing.
