KENTUCKY WILL TAKE A DAILY SUM. Lexington, Ky., April 12. — The lower house of the Kentucky General Assembly in special session at Frankfort today levied a state tax of 00 per racing day upon the race tracks at Ixmisville and Latonia and 00 per day upon the Lexington track. The Senate will concur in the action.
