Maddens subscription to the Pipiug ltock Aspirants Pinto is the latest received for that event, which will be the principal two-year-old race at the Piping Rock spring meeting. The master of Hamburg Place has named the bay filly Shallow Water, by ICapid Water — Okitau. She is a half-sister to Conning Tower, the fast sprinter that began his racing career by bolting through the Belmont Park fence.
