Darden yesterday filed suit against the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, the Adams Express Company and the Pittsburg, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway for 1917.sh5,000 damages, representing the alleged value of five thoroughbred race horses killed in a railroad wreck fourteen miles north of Cincinnati July 7, 1915.
