FLAME quickly sprinted into a long lead and easily won all the way. BRITAINS ALLY saved ground on the stretch turn and finished gamely. KITTIWAKE held on well in the final drive. CURLICUE .outran the others from the start, saved ground on all the turns and won going away. OLD BOB raced in close pursuit all the way and withstood a challenge from CAPT. BEN at the eighth post. The hitter began slowly and closed a gap. VILEY bolted to the outside when entering the homestretch. ASTROLOGER ran a bad race. ACIS closed a big gap and tired.
