Marian Hoob half-sister to Polymelus, and dam of Sunbonnet, Kentucky Oaks winner,, i and her filly foal by Prince Palatine, arrived safely this week from England. They were purchaseu by Corrigan and McKinney from J. B. Joel. Th shipment of twenty-three yearlings from Corrigan andr McKinneys Wickliffe Stud, which was to have byen made today to Gravesend, has been deferred until Monday on account of the non-arrival o the cars. r ,John II. Morgan will leave here Monday morning for BInghampton, N. Y., to assume his duties as .manager of the thoroughbreds at Willis Sharpe .Kilmers farm.
