EMPIRE CITY SATURDAYS STAKE PROGRAM. East View Stakes and Empiro City Derby, Each with Guaranteed Value of ,000, to Be Decided. New York, July 19. The Empire City Racing Association has provided two big stake features for next Saturdays racing, the Umpire City Derby and the East View Stakes. Both events are of a guaranteed cash value of ,000. The Kast View Stakes is for two-year-olds at about three-quarters of a mile and among its ninety-four nominations are practically all the best youngsters of the year.
