STAB OF LOVE moved up rapidly while rounding the far turn and, racing closely with GOLD-CREST BOY all of the last eighth, won in the last stride. GOLDCREST BOY went arouud the others, with a rush on the turn into the backstrctch and forced a fast pace, but tired near the end. BROOMS-EDGE carried his weight well, ran a good race and was gaining with every stride at the finish. GAINER set a fast pace and tired in the stretch. LAZY LOU quit.
