OFFICIALS FOR MARYLAND MEETING. Jockey Club Confirms Appointment of Thoso Who Will Have Charge of the Fall Racing. New York, August 21. The Jockey Club has approved the appointment of the following officials for the meeting of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association at Havre de Grace, Md., which will be held from September 11. to September 29: Judges, C. Cornehlsen and H. U. Homau; starter, James Milton; handicapper, W. S. Vosburgh; clerk of the scales, II. U. Human; patrol judges, W. Jennings and E. II. Hauna; timer, James McLaughlin. For the meeting of the Maryland State Fair, to be held at Laurel from October 1 to October 31, the appointment of the following officials was confirmed: Judges, E C. Smith and Ed Cole; starter. Mars Cassidy; handicapper, W. S. Vosburgh; clerk of the scales, II. U. Homan; patrol judges, E. II. Hanna, W. H. Schaut, Harry White and W. W. Lyles. The officials for the fall meeting of the Maryland Jockey Club, which will run from November 1 to November 13 over the famous old Pimlico course, will consist of E. C. Smith and H. P. Conk-ling as judges; Frank J. Bryan, handicapper, Herman Conkling, clerk of the scales; A. B. Dade, starter; J. J Mackessey and P. T. Roach, patrol judges. The Southern Maryland Agricultural Association will have the following officials for its meeting at Bowie from November 14 to November 30: Judges, Joseph A. Murphy and J. T. Anderson; starter, A. B. Dade; handicapper, E. B. Smith; patrol judges, G. E. Hall and W. Jennings; clerk of the scales and course, Joseph McLennan.
