TURC0 AND THE DUKES WINNING WAYS i Two horses that were considered only fair selling platers in Kentucky have been making a mark for themselves at New Orleans Turco, owned by W. Stormont, and The Duke, which belongs to C. T. Worthington. Track conditions have been just to the liking of both of them and they were the first two horses to win four races at the meeting, and a singular coincidence both scored for tlie fourth time on the same day. Turco has been in three different stables since he came here, lias been trained by three different men and ridden by different jockeys, but it is all the same to him, he just keeps on winning and now has five to his credit. Owner Worthington has gotten Tlie Duke in better condition than ever before, and the way he hangs on when challenged is a revelation to the racegoers who saw him run in Kentucky.
