Such wagering as takes place is oral, individual and on the lines laid down in the decision of the Louisiana Supreme Court in the Austin case. MASTER FRANKLIN raced into the lead in -the stretch, but was tiring at the finish. THISTLE GREEN came with a rush in the stretch. PLUTO tired after going well from the start.
