Under a good ride TAN LAO was saved to the stretch, then came on fast and, passing GREEN GRASS, won easing up. GREEN GRASS set a good pace and held a long lead to the stretch, but tired in the last eighth. LITTLE PRINCESS raced prominently throughout. HOPE quit after being a contender for three-quarters. WOOD-STONE showed high speed in paceniaking, but tired in the streteh. BRYNLIMAH found the going too slippery, butclosed a gap in the last quarter. PENROD ran well. WARSAW tired. PAW showed- the most early I speed and held on well throughout. DOLINA raced prominently from the start, but tired and swerved in the stretch. FIRING LINE suffered from interference.
