Paul Powers old sprinter Top o th Morning has been working well at the Fair Grounds and will probably lie a starter in the Inaugural Handicap oil New Years day. Cheer Leader is top weight in the New Years Handicap to he run at. the Fair Grounds Tuesday. His five straight victories at Jefferson Park have gained for him many admirers, who arc counting on him to continue on in his winning ways.
