April 3.- Trainer William Walker, in charge « the stable of Dr. otto Rogers, has in his hum at Churchill Downs the largest two year-old »11 either of the two local tracks. Another big and lusty colt that commands attention every time he steps on the track is Texas social, a fine-looking brown colt by Ballot — Clara J. In addition to gooel looks ami size this colt has shown an abundance of speed in his early work. John O.. a colt by Sir John Johnson — Countess Wanda, which suffered a broken bone in his right hip several weeks ago. is showing rapid recovery and is able to exercise around the barn, lie was regarded as the most promising youngster in the stable and at the time of the mishap Walker almost despaired of ever getting a saddle upon him again.
