THE FILLY TUMBLE IN IS DEAD New York. April 3. — Edward Arlington has received word from trainer Frank Herold that his three-vear-old filly, Tumble In, had died at Bowie. The horses had a long, trying trip from Hot Springs and Tumble In contracted pneumonia on the journey, dying shortly after her arrival. Mr. Arlington had insured for just the amount he paid Bub May for her last July and sin- proved a good purchase, for under the Arlington silks she was winner of three races, her last score lieing at Hot Springs on March 19, which, incidentally, was the last time she was sent to the post.
