KIND OF A TRUE SPORT FRITZ IS Former Ambassador to Germany James W Gerard was a speaker at the National Horse Show breakfast in New York Monday In the course of his remarks he said I took two wellbred American saddle horses to Berlin and they created quite a sensation by trotting right past any of the native saddto horses in the parks I exhibited them at some of this shows but they were nowhere because a horse not trained to some particular work in connection with war could never get a prize at any German horse show showThey They probably couldnt anyhow no matter how they were trained unless they were Germanowned That is the kind of a true sport Fritz is
