RACING AT HOT SPRINGS NEXT SPRING NEW ORLEANS, La., January 4. While nothing authoritative has emanated ,as yet with regard to the Hot Springs racing, still it is practically certain that Oaklawn Park will announce its meeting to begin immediately after the close of the Fair Grounds. It is likewise certain that Francis Nelson will again preside, and the other officials will include A. B. Dade. J. B. Campbell. W. R. Nor-vell and Willie .Martin. General iniauager Joseph Martin is expected here shortly to announce his lull plans.
