KENTUCKY TRACK SALE STILL PENDING CIXCIXXATI, O., January 10. The proposed sale of the Latonia and Douglas Park race tracks was discussed yesterday by the parties interested. By agreement .Senator Thomas Combs of Lexington. P. .T. nanlon of Louisville and Stewart Hunter, secretary to .1. X. Camden, met C. A. Tilles of St.JLonU, principal stockholder in the Latonia track; Johtii.Hachmeister and his local representative and Harvey Myers, president of the Latonia Jockey Club, at the Sinton. Both sides said that negotiations were far from completed, but that they were Tirogrestjing. "Cap" Tilles left for St. Louis last night and said that he did not believe negotiations would be concluded for a week or ten days. John Hachmeister declared that just about when it looked as though everything was ready some point would be raised that was not satisfactory to one side or the other. Xo date was set for a future meeting.
