GENERAL NEWS NOTES OF THE DAY BERLIN, Germain-, January 10. Hundreds have been killed in the street fighting between the Spartacides and government troops. Both sides are receiving heavy reinforcements. U 3 oclock this afternoon loyal soldiers captured police headquarters, but Rchert Emil Eichorn, the mutinous chief .of police, escaped. The situation remains critical. BUENOS AIRES. Arg., January 10. Reports last night sliow that there have been more than 200 casualties as a result of the disorders incident to the general strike. Disorders were reported from, virtually every part of the city, but the most serious fighting was at the Vascna Iron works, where troops and strikers clashed. NEW YORK, N. Y., January 10.
