JOHN HAfjHMEISTER TO GO SOUTH SOON CINCINNATI, O., January 24. John Hachmeister, general manager of the Latonia Jockey Club, is busy these days compiling the latest declarations to the Latonia Championship Stakes, which will be the most valuable race decided on the American turf mis year. Mr- Hachmeister plans to leave early next week fr his winter cottage at Naples, Kla., to remain the rest of the winter, when asked if liis leaving had any bearing on the proposed sale of the Douglas Park una Latonia racks, lie said he was not at liberty to talk about the deal.
