KENTUCKY DERBY ENTRIES TO CLOSE Races will close for entries next Tuesday which are of great importance, and one of which, the Kentucky Derby, will soon be the subject of animated discussion wherever racing devotees assemble. Aside from the main feature the list embraces eight more Stake races, which will le decided next May over the Churchill Downs track, and one of which, the Kentucky Handicap, is the most valuable handicap of the United States for three-year-olds and over. The list of attractions and their conditions are advertised on the last page of this Issue by the New Louisville Jockey Club. They should receive the entry of every good horse in the west.
