CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Mars Cassidy, the well-known starter on the Jockey Club tracks, has been spending the greater ; portion of the winter enjoying his favorite sport of hunting. Vincent Powers, leading American jockey in 1908 ; and 1909, and now one of our foremost steeplechase riders, will ride again for the Greentree , Stable this year. W. It. Coes good filly Terentia has developed into a most prepossessing miss and she is expected to show considerable improvement over her two-year-old form during the coming season.
