KENTUCKY COMMISSION CLOCKING RULE The Kentucky Kacing Commission new rule about dockers is all right if the dockers it appoints and their announcements arc all right One Q the troubles with past clocking lias been that it was in the interest of getthebestofit bookmakiris coterie Another trouble was that the dockers of these coteries held out on the general racing public They often held cut too on any but special customers There was a sort of clocking trusf not only in Kentucky but at other tracks It was operated for itself was against the general public interest and ought to have been regulated kept honest or abolished long ago Therefore the Kentucky Commissions new rule is all right if its working people carry it along the Hues of commissions hiteutiou
