First Running of Jockey Club Stakes In Daily Racing Forms Wednesday reports of training gallops at Belmont Park was an item showing that Purchase had traversed a mile and a half in 2:34, amounting practically to public notice of Sam Ilildrcths intention to start him in the first running of the Jockey Club Stakes at weight-for-age over the same distance.
