HORSES ARRIVING AT NEW ORLEANS NEW ORLEAXS, La., September 27. More than 100 horses have arrived here recently, tlie majority of which are stabled at the Fair Grounds. Improvements at that course are progressing favorably, and when completed the Business Mens Racing Association will have a plant that will compare well with the more pretentious tracks of the north. Tlie Jefferson Park management is not idle these days, and work is being rushed to have the course ready in plenty of time for owners "to work their horses for the racing season scheduled to open on i Thanksgiving day.
