SPEEDY HANNIBAL TO RACE AT PIMLIC0 R. T. Wilsons Good Three-Year-Old to Try for Rioh Prizes Offered by Maryland Jockey Club. BALTIMORE, Md., October 29. The horses Richard T. Wilson will race at Pimlieo through the eleven-day meeting of the Maryland Jockey Club are the three-year-olds Hannibal, Thunderstorm and Thistledon: the two-year-old Round "Robirirand the tour-year-old Wyoming. Mr. Wilson has a high-class three-year-old in Hannibal, a home-bred son of Olambnla and Mex-oana, aud the winner at Saratoga of the Travers Stakes, a race in which he defeated War Pennant and Thunderclap in fast time 2:02 for a mile and a quarter. Hannibals training for the 5,000 Preakness, Pimllcos great spring race for three-year-olds, was interrupted by an attack of influenza, and the Olambala colt was a couple of months recovering his strength and speed. But he is coming to Maryland in splendid condition and Healey expects to have him ready to fill his engagements in the ,000 Pimlieo Autumn Handicap, a race of a mile and a quarter, for three-year-olds exclusively; the 0,000 Bowie Cup, a race of a mile and a half, for three-ear-olds and over, and the Pimlieo Cup, a ,000 race at two miles and a quarter, for three-year-olds and over. Thunderstorm, a brother of Campfire, the juvenile champion of 1916, is in these races with Hannibal, - but he will hardly start. Thunderstorm is not a colt of the high class of Hannibal. Thunderstorm is, however, a useful sort of three-year-old, and there will be plenty of employment for hlnj.
