AMERICANS IN ENGLISH CLASSICS dominations by Them in the Oaks and St. Lcgcr to Co Run in 1921. American owners figure in the entries to the Knglish classics of 1921 outside those of the Epsom Derby, which have already been printed in Daily Racing Form. Six owners are represented in the Iipsom Oaks. Of these three. Messrs. John E. Madden, J. H. Rosseter and H. P. Whitney, have nominated only American-bred fillies. These are: J. E. Madden. Day filly, by Whisk Droom II. Daksheesh, by Hamburg. Day filly, by Droomstick Verdun, by P.-er Pan. Day filly, by Droomstick Inaugural, by Voter. Chestnut filly, by All Gold Blue Girl, by Sir Dixon. Th other three Americans nominating fillies in the 1921 Oaks are: Richard Croker. Orcelone, by Orby Celone, by Wavelets Pride. Florena, by Orby lauriun, by Persimmon. A. K. Macomber. In the lists of the Doncaster St. Leger of 1921 only three Americans appear and but two of their nominations, both, A. K. Macombers,. are of" American blood.
