PLANTAREDE began slowly, but moved up with a rush on the outside after rounding the far turn and passed BIG SMOKE at the eighth post, but was ridden out to outstay TRANBY. The latter also closed a gap and finished fast. SNOW QUEEN ran a good race. BIG SMOKE quit in the last eighth after setting a fast pace. LACKROSE closed a big gap. SHIRO showed speed.
