NEW RULES FOR RACING IN KENTUCKY LEXINGTON, Ky., December 27. The state Racing Commission met today at the home of chairman Johnson N. Camden, near Versailles. After the meeting secretary Sam C. Nuckols, Jr., stated that the report of the rules committee was adopted and that a new book of rules will be issued during the winter. Secretary Nuckols had no information to impart as to what may be the effect of Governor Edwin P. Morrows contention that it is necessary that the senate confirm the governors apitoiiitments of members of the State Racing Commission and that it is not incumbent upon him to send to the senate for confirmation any of former Governor A. O. Stanleys appointments. "That matter was not discussed," said secretary Nuckols.
