DEVONSHIRE TO GIVE OVER 00,000 WINDSOR, Ontario, August 13. The Western Racing Association has announced plans for its second meeting, to be held at Devonshire Park from September 1 to September 8. The sum of 02,000 will be distributed during the seven days racing. There will be four overnight handicaps of ,000 each and three handicaps of ,000 each for two-year-olds.
