PHILIPPIC TO BE RETIRED TO STUD BALTIMORE, Md., November 8. E. K. Bryson will race Philippic until the middle of February, when ho will be retired to the stud. The horse will stand in Maryland, probably at the Devers Farm. He Is considered one of the best bred horses in the country, being by Cicero Quair, by i Orme, a mare that Mr. Cochran paid 5,000 for in England. . ...
