SHILLING CASET0 BE HEARD THURSDAY NEW YORK, N. Y., November 15. The meeting at which Carroll Shillings case is to be reheard will be held Thursday at The Jockey Club offices here. At it a representative of the Maryland Jockey Club and Commander J. K. L. Ross will also be present. There is more than the bridle holding of Jacquelina by Shilling at Havre, de Grace September 12, 1918, to be rehearsed at the meeting. That is certain. i There is not to be any conference between the Jockey Club stewards and the Maryland State Racing Commission either here or in Baltimore just yet. One will probably be held after the Bowie meeting. Such a conference was suggested for the last of September, but none held. One is necessary if the health of racing is considered and if further conflicts are to be avoided. Thursdays meeting will be. a most important one.
