ACCEPT BEDWELL AS ROSS AGENT BOWIE Md April 5 Tho Maryland Racing Commission in session this morning passed favor ¬ ably on the application of II G Bedweli as stable agent for Commander J K L Ross in this dis ¬ trict over the denial of that privilege by the New York Jockey Club ClubIt It is believed that this action eventually will result in the issuance of jockeys and trainers licenses by the Maryland Commission possibly before the opening of racing at Havre de Grace The next meeting of the commission is scheduled for Thursday The licensing question may come up at that time
