PUNISH SOUTH AFRICAN RACE CROOKS It is something unusual to read of the wiping out of i racing club and the disqualification of some of its ofllcials but that happened in South Africa recently It is ollicially announced by the Jockey Club of South Africa that the license of the Pine town Sporting Club has been withdrawn two of its ollicinls warned oft for life and three other people jli owner a jockey and a press man severely rep ¬ rimanded for their action in connection with the j alteration of the weights at a meeting of the club named The business must have been decidedly dirty to cause the Jockey Club to take such drastic action
