THE WAY OF THE REFORMER When the New Zealand Racing Commission was taking evidence during its recent toHr a prominent clergyman objected to the increase of racing permits on the score that increased drunkenness would be one result. Questioned whether he had ever attended a race meeting he admitted he bad not, but had been told about drinking at them. Sydney, N. S. W., Referee.
