Won driving: second and third the same. ANTILLES came fast after being saved for the first half and outstayed AIC MUNOZ in the final drive. The latter closed a gap and tired after getting to the lender at the eighth post. TRANTULA ran well, but tired after racing into the lead on the lust turn. GRATIAN closed a big gap. AVon driving second and third the same. CARETAKER set an extremely fast pace and, drawing away from CAPTAIN SCOTT, stood a hard final drive gamely. DEAONITE began extremely slow, worked his way up on the jnslde and, finishing fast, was wearing the winner down. CAPTAIN SCOTT ran a good race and came again at the end. AJOM was in a pocket and under stout restalnt for the first half, but came fust through the stretch. AVITCH FLOWER ran well and passed ROYAL VISITOR in the last sixteenth.
