The latter raced LITTLE LESS into defeat and took a good lead, but tired near the end. FANCIElt began slowly, but finished fast and gaining. HRIAKCLIFF, practically left, closed a big gap. FAIR AND WARMER moved up rapidly after rounding the far turn and, coming on the in-eide of CARRY ON in Hie stretch, -.continually bored out and roughed him all through the stretch, for which he was disqualified. CARRY ON began slowly, but gained steadily ami would have won anyhow but for the interference. BROADVIEW raced into the lead on the baekstretch, but tired. CORMORAN began slowly, but raced into contention with a rush, saved, ground on the stretch turn and outstayed SISTER SUSIE at the end. The latter showed much speed for the entire way and, setting a good pace, hung on gamely at the end. ETTAHE ran well for the entire race. LADY LUXURY was under restraint for the first quarter and came through fast next to the inner rail, but was in close quarters at the end. MARMITE showed speed, but tired. REGISTRAR raced forwardly all the way and easily held second place safe. LADS LOVE raced gamely and iiad no mishaps. KENTISH BOY began slowly and was always outpaced. SENTIMENTAL was much used in chasing AETERAN and tired right at the end. AETERAN showed speed and set a fast pace, but tired badly in the final eighth.
