RANCOCAS KAI-SANG OUT OF FUTURITY NEW YORK, N. Y., September 8. Another chapter in the series of misfortunes which have attacked the Rancocas Stable on the eve of important races this year was written today when the announcement was made that Kai-Sang, the stables crack two-year-old, will be unable to start in the Futurity. The colt is suffering from a wrenched back and has a high fever. Rancocas will be represented in the race by Little Chief, and also by Surf Rider and Harridan, which trainer S. C. Hil- dreth has leased from John E. Madden for this race only.
